Be sure to do Reality Checks (ie: Holding your nose and trying to breath) throughout the day. Eventually you will do them in your dreams, giving you the cue that you are dreaming. (in a dream, you can always breathe.) Heck, last night my my first time trying for lucidity. I did a reality check 3 times yesterday, and I was semi-lucid in the dream for 2-3 seconds. |
