      Cool SP and WILDing

      Hello, lets face it, Im a noob when it comes to LDing, I have had one LD this was on my first night. Can someone explain to me the basics of WILDing i have studied a lot of techniques for WILDing but I can never seem to do it. I need some advice on things to keep my mind focused. please help!!! also can someone explain to me just what the heck sleep paralysis is?.....I kind of get the gist of it but I'm still very confused on what it is.
