Hello, Welcome to DreamViews!. First off, with recall you have to determine how any substance that you consume will effect your dream recall. Such as many Psychoactives, (Example: Alcohol, Marijuana, MDMA, PCP, LSD) Can either increase your recall, or be completely detrimental to your recollection. But taking a substance that supresses REM sleep, you will be rewarded with REM rebound the next night. Secondly, Stress... going to bed stressed is VERY detrimental to your recall. I would suggest something that would relax you before sleep. Thirdly, many foods and vitamins can be very beneficial to your recall, I would recommend taking B6 before going to bed, or if you wake up 4-6 hours after going to sleep. Your recollection and vividness of your dream will be boosted.

Now that I covered dream recall, you should take these tips to the best of your ability and combine it with a well organized, detailed dream journal. After that, you've won half of the battle. another suggestion, visit the tutorial section of the forum to learn Induction techniques. again... Welcome to Dream Views!
