      Lucid Dream problem

When I lay in bed and try to relax and go into a lucid dream, I can't keep my eyes still and sometimes I need to swallow. Do things like this affect anything?

I haven't had one lucid dream yet because of that, is there anything I can do to help stop moving my eyes, like any techniques?

      Thanks

I haven't looked around the forums because I'm on my ipod

      Hello and welcome

I don't think that swallowing or moving eyes affects something.
      But I'm only a newbie.
What I want to do while being lucid:
fly [ ] walk through a wall [ ] beating up a group of ninjas [ ] breath ounder water [ ] Talk with "Emil", a character of my novel I've been writing [ ]
