Well i don't know much but ill give it ago,
It is best to wake up 6 hours after you have fallen asleep, say 11pm you go to bed and wake up at 5am... then go back to bed, this method is called WBTB wake back to bed... to attempt a WILD wake initiated lucid dream you need to go to sleep normally and just at the brink of dreaming you need to be conscious its hard to do and with alot of practice you can master it, i havn't masterd this or come close to mastering it lol.

An OBE is an out of body expereince which occurs when your body is in sleep paralysis and you start to dream but your conscious, Sleep paralysis comes when you fall asleep, if you stay conscious while this is happening you can feel the effects it does to your body, it feels like a heavy led blanket is put over you starting from your legs and goes up to your head... then you may also hear rushing noises and may feel vibratations, once you start to feel this do not try to leave your body yet, even though it is possible to do this while your feeling these sensations it is better to wait it off and wait for the quiet zone after the audio hallcuinations/vibratations etc, then a method of exiting your body can be that you imagine your dream body floating above your real body ... imagine a giant magnet above you pulling you up and then once you are out of your body you can get up and walk around, OBE's can seem fuzzy, real or hyperreal, hyperreal is when you see things in ALOT of detail, its like you bought your eyes High definition.

Lucid dreams can start off you lying in your bed and everything may get dark, prior to this you may get images in your visuals of random things very quickly, you got to picture your self sort of falling through hoops and at the end of the hoops is your dream, keep picturing where you want to be and hopefully youll end up there or somewhere else, lucid dreams can also feel fuzzy or real,

Basically i think that OBE is when you physically (in your dream) leave your body hence out of body experience... i havn't done it fully yet so icant tell you where you can go etc... lucid dreams you can do what you want depending on your control.

      i hope this has helped!

well infinity101 pretty much covered the OBE ect.

but I've heard, that 4:30am (after around 5 hours of sleep) is the best time for OBE's and Lucid Dreams.
because it is after the REM period of sleep (or toward the end), which is why it's so good for WILDs,WBTB,DEILDs ect.

You can try to do test runs and wake up 5 hours later, or 6 hours later... everyone is different i have found that for me 11:00pm sleep, 5am wake up is the time for me! good luck finding your time!
