The best time to try to get into SP is after you slept a couple of hours. So go to bed normally, wake up 4 to 6 hours later and try to get in SP. |

hey my fellow LDs since is summer i go to bed around 3 am then i attempt to go for Sleep Paralysis but ive been thinking recently if there is a specific time to go for SP? does it make it easier for the body? please answer THNX! |

i try before bad and at 4 am. so far ive gotteb 2 sp before bed. for most people its better after you slept a bit but everyone is differient |
