      Attempting first WILD tonight

      Ok guys I will be attempting my first WILD tonight I will wake up in about 5hrs wish me luck and happy dreaming oh and p.s. I will be posting some of my newest dreams tomorrow for those that read my dream journal on occasion dream hacker out.... For the night

      Well last night was well unseccesfull I couldn't go to sleep and stayed up till three sweating I will try again tonight and

      Try this... Set your alarm for 5hrs ahead then add an addition 30min to it.

      Try to WILD when you first lay down... Within 20-45min, you will know if you can LD right off the bat, if not, enjoy the body rush, then fall asleep and try again when your alarm goes off. You will notice you sleep deeper and quicker since you are already relaxed and set.

      I will usually try to WILD right when I go bed. I havent LD from it yet, but many people have. Personally, I like the body rush (feeling like im spinning in circles while falling from the sky)..

      I can induce SP right when I go to bed to but I just thought hey why not do it the normal way. LoL

      are you POSITIVE it is sleep paralysis, and not just extreme heaviness/relax? ... When you are laying there, are you able to wiggle your finger, of if you have an extreme itch, can you manage to scratch it?

      With me, I can get extreme heaviness, then after a while, I get really hot and sweaty. However, there is a difference between that and paralysis.

      That's true you know I think it partial SP and part relaxation my body vibrates and I see hallucinations and hear sounds but I can scratch that itch if I wanted to also sorry I got back to you so late didnt check this post for like a week
