I did not felt my real body.
I even did not saw it.
Only at end, one flash and then woke up.
I had all my senses inside this state.
I felt everything with my dream body only.
But i knew that i am lying in bed and wanted to go back very hard.
The only thing in my mind - go back, you are separated.
And - From start of this experience to end = smth about 30 minutes.
Before - in bed 30 minutes reading book.NO Sleep before.No sleep after.
It could not be REM.
