      Another Question:

Ok, so i have been trying to enter SP every night without sleeping before it. because i want to practice getting to SP, im taking it one step at a time. BUT! if i do succesfully hit SP without waking up from sleeping will i have a dream? or is it only during a REM cycle that i get dreams?

what im asking here summarized: will i be lucid from WILD without having any sleep before SP?

If not, and i have to wait for a REM cycle, is it possible to stay in SP and wait for a REM to come, and then dream that way?

sorry if they are stupid questions but hey, i have no idea

      thanks in advance

It is possible, but your chances are very low. (like 10-20%) .. Personally, I have success with the WILD technique right when I go to bed. It all depends on your cycles, sleep, drowsiness, and nutrition.
