      WILD Help

      Hi guys,

i am super new to that topic
i started 3 days ago reading about all those things and worked through Lucidiology 101 etc.
      all that stuff

I tried my first night a MILD and it worked out for like 5 seconds
In the dream i noticed i was dreaming cause i was talking with a celebrity about my friend. I said to myself "thats a dream". after that all people looked at me as if i said something really evil. and i woke up

next night i tried WILD. I stretched all my muscles jaw, chest, arms etc before go sleeping. i layed on my back in a comfortable positiona and used sleep breathing to trick my body into sleep. i did that for one hour and i only felt like everything gets darker behind my eyes and my arms were paralyzed. i broke that after a while cause nothing happened.

can u help me improving this? or if i did something wrong

      First welcome to DreamViews

Now responding to your WILD problem. The key to it is falling asleep but consciously! Its better that you fall asleep when WILDing, than stay more than one hour awake without being sleepy and fail to WILD. Because if you fell asleep, you were actually trying to fall asleep, but you couldnt maintain your consciousness. If you were awake from more than one hour and didnt succeed for a WILD you werent trying to fall asleep.

A good trick that I use that tires me a lot is doing breath counting exercises (inhale, exhale :1, Im dreaming ;inhale, exhale :2, Im dreaming). If you do this with a higher number or descending, it will tire you even more. I dont know what to tell you more. Theres a lot of good tutorials on WILDing, here on Dreamviews that you should try them out!

I will pass the word to a more experient WILDer

      Hello and welcome to DV..
By three days of practice, you are at least on the track. So keep it up. Read on the tutorials for deepening and stabilization techniques that may help you stay there while you are there.
To fulfill your Sleep, you have to Dream,
To fulfill your Dreams, you have to Wake up.

you are right, i actually didnt attempt to fall asleep
i thought i will just trick my body in sleeping and everything is gonna work

i actually did the counting, but i counted my heartbeats to get my eyes relaxed
