So I've got a question for you guys:

After DJing on here for about a month I've come to notice a pattern as far as what seems to recur in my dreams the most:

-basketball/basketball players
-being unable to run/move fast when i need to
-being at an altered version of where i work in real life

Now that I'm aware of those dream signs: What can I do with them? Does simply being aware of them help me in any particular way? The other night I actually went to sleep, repeating to myself, "if i encounter basketball in my dreams i will perform a reality check" annnd sure enough my first recall was of playing a basketball game. But I didn't RC at all.

I talk alot of basketball IRL and I play it a bit too... Am I supposed to RC in real life whenever I see basketball/my work? If so: that'd be darn near all the time.
