      Hello World

Hi.. i´ve just found this website, didnt know there was therms and names for this funny thing to do.

I´m from Brazil, 27 yo, as i could read i am lucid and control dreamer.

Been doing this since my 12, and its very fun, i usually create a room with a lot of girls, i mean, i did that, married now.. hehehe ok maybe from time to time.

Still, since there are probably people with more experience, i may ask two things.

First, its all about our heads right, i mean, from time to time there´s this girl showing up on my dreams and she asks where is she and why i can see her, but this happens rarely.

Second, does anyone else has a very scary place? from time to time, i´m just lucid and cant control, and i end going into a room, and there´s a closet and its just creepy, no mather where i am, i could be on a school, or even at a home, i end in this room, from that point i try to run and usually wake up all swet.

Guess this it for now.. gonna sleep.. no girls tonight, promise, hehe.. Not!

I have had only one Lucid dream and i wasnt able to control it, i will try my BEST to answer you however.

1.From my understanding it is common to have a recurring dream character (a dream stalker i believe is the technical term) i wouldnt worry about it, its a figment of an imagination you have created, and you are causing nobody any real harm when you dream.

2.re -occuring nightmare??? that is common, and many people have been lucid during a nightmare and they have had no control. When i was 4 years old i remember having a nightmare VERY often of an old lady tickling me... and it scared me for some reason hahahah. The most important thing is to remember it is just a dream, and nothing in that dream can hurt you, and if you are ever able to control yourself i suggest going into your scary - place and facing it (they say this can help cure you of nightmares) if you just pretend it isnt there or make it a marshamallow happy place, you are avoiding the problem and it will come back.

again i remind you, i am but a humble little noobie and this could be totally off. GOOD LUCK

Last time i remembered and yes was not that bad, but i still think there´s some pressure on these situations, i feel the air is heavy and eyes hurt.

I think something help geting into this dreams, i´ll share with you, but mayb its just me, when i was young, i was fat and i ended sleeping with lots of stuff on bed, it was very hot, always used to wake up sweting, and it was so hot i endend on my dream realizing i was using too much stuff and tried to wake up, but at the same time i realized i was still dreaming, but how could i be there knowing i was dreaming, from that moment i started to write down the best lucid dreams and from some practice i could end choosing stuff, like girls and places like beaches.

Now i´m married, and my prefered dreams to create are around my kids (who are still on the plan) and travels to lot of places. This is my tip to be lucid, nowadays i dont need it, i just sleep and know i´m on a dream, sometimes i control and other i just relax and enjoy.

And other good tip, if you wake up and go back to sleep and think how much you want to be in the same dream you was, this is the best way for me to control a lucid, it happened back on school when my mom used to wake me up and i got back to bed and tried to go back to the same dream, and was awesome the end of the dream, since i could do whatever i wanted, sometimes you do lots of stuff and it just passed a few or 20 minutes.

Well thats it, hope you can do it.
