well ive had a partially lucid DILD. and i really wanted to experience it again but my recall is kind of shit at the moment so i decided to try WILD ( i believe ? ) what I did.. laid in my bed concentrating on letting my body fall asleep and my mind awake. in about 2 minutes my body was numb and tingling and i felt like i couldnt more (sleep paralysis?) then i kind of drifted off thinking about random stuff and i had a very short dream, maybe 5 minutes, not really remembering what the dream was about, then I hear a loud snoring sound and woke up realizing that it was me snoring.. it was a very odd experience, I was just wondering what happened and how far into it was I. any other ways to keep yourself in the dream and to calm yourself so you dont wake up?
