      In the past...

      Hello to you,
I just joined DreamViews today... So this is my first thread.
      -
when I first found out about lucid dreams, it quickly reminded me of something... A long time ago I dreamed about something which I can hardly remember when suddly I remember thinking to myself ''It's ok, because none of it matters - it's not real'', it was just a dream. Then I woke up that second.
If I'm right, that was the very begining of a technical lucid dream?

But more recently, about 2 weeks ago:
One afternoon I was (randomly) thinking about what I read that very long time ago about lucid dreaming in a book. and I was thinking about the few techneiques it explained.
That night (without trying at all) I dreamed that I was explaining to my x-girlfriend the dream that I had about her the previous night.
Apparently explaining to somebody in you dream about a passed dream indicates the begining stages of dreaming lucidly, yes?
      -
So thats why I joined this site, and I'm trying to do everything I can to increase chanses of getting a lucid dream.

      Thankyou.

      Hello and welcome

A long time ago I dreamed about something which I can hardly remember when suddly I remember thinking to myself ''It's ok, because none of it matters - it's not real'', it was just a dream. Then I woke up that second.
Well by definition, a dream is lucid when you know that you're dreaming. And so this is a lucid dream

That night (without trying at all) I dreamed that I was explaining to my x-girlfriend the dream that I had about her the previous night.
Apparently explaining to somebody in you dream about a passed dream indicates the begining stages of dreaming lucidly, yes?
I'm not sure. This needs verification by an experienced member.

If you have some other question, you can read the tutorial section Tutorials or post a thread in the forum

Keep it up and happy lucid dreaming
What I want to do while being lucid:
fly [ ] walk through a wall [ ] beating up a group of ninjas [ ] breath ounder water [ ] Talk with "Emil", a character of my novel I've been writing [ ]

Well thanks for answering my first question, and taking the time to respond.

There isn't that much to ''keep up'' but yes, I'll surly try.
