Hi Tyler, welcome to Dreamviews! |

Hi! I'm Tyler Smith and I learner about lucid dreaming from a friend of mine, who is interested in the topic. Last night I did as I was instructed on how to "Dream Journal" I chanted myself my "mantra" and fell asleep, immediately after the dream I herd a loud honking sound. It woke me up, but I remember to stay still and remember my whole dream. Probably one of the coolest things I've ever done. But, I need to know what exactly I should do, and when... I'm assuming I'll continue to dream journal until I find a couple of recurring themes in my dreams, and make tests for them. Whereas then, I will start to attempt lucidity. Any other thoughts or revisions on my plan? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
