IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! if had dild twice before, but they were purely accidental and i awoke shortly after becoming lucid.....this time, was completely different. i used an audio file....not sure where i got it from, it might have been a link here on this site but it was called The_Ultimate_Lucid_Induction......and let me tell you it was. full control over everything, every aspect, i cant remember all of it, but i remember the feeling of omnipotence as i went through my own personal action movie, changing things as i went through it to fit the scenario/situation. word of wisdom, be very careful if your focus idea is zombies.

Congrats! The_Ultimate_Lucid_Induction is responsible for my first LD, too I think you got it from the thread http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/really...3/index11.html How did you do it? Did you listen to it before you went to sleep? P.S.: Everybody who's still waiting for a LD: I'd really recommend to try this.

thank you, yes that is where i got it, and what i did was left it playing the whole time, i started it as soon as i laid down and just meditated with an in and out word, zombie and raid. this was the first time wild worked for me, as i recently started doing yoga and meditating. heres the link to my dreams transcripts(as best as i could remember) for anyone who's interested http://www.dreamviews.com/f13/my-fir...0/#post1530671
