My personal opinion is to start with DILD, definitely ombined with MILD, and perhaps WBTB if your sleep schedules allows WBTB.
This is because, once you get through the effort of learning to reliably identify dream signs and become lucid, after that your LD's will come along virtually effortlessly. On the other hand, unless you master some mini-WILD method like CAN-WILD or a DEILD derivative, WILDing will always involve some degree of effort every-single-time you want to do it. Plus, I'd say that learning to WILD is (arguably) even more difficult than learning to DILD reliably. Also, I find that WILDs have an "artificial" feel to them (I'm sure some people will disagree with this, it's just my opinion).
So, long story short, I think putting effort into learning how to DILD reliably is a better long-term investment that will give you better, easier LD's on the long run.
A final note, regardless of which method you use, try to use that one consistently for at least a couple of weeks before switching to something else. this doesn't mean you shouldn't mix things up if you want to, but if you try to do all the methods at once, you'll find you might fail at all of them because you won't be putting enough effort into any single one.
