1. If I know I am dreaming am I lucid?
2. I dream I am dreaming, so is that like dreaming you are waking up (false awakening)?
3. What if you know you were dreaming because you are dejavuing this dream, that you dreamed it before?
4. Do you guys have the ability to wake up go do something (use bathroom, or get something to drink) and then go back to bed back right where you left off the dream.
I think my dreams are all one long dream added to every night. I have had several dreams in succession that all make up part of a larger dream, and before I go to sleep I go into a phase of remembering my dreams from that morning where I left off. But recently my dream recall is abysmal.
Alright, I think I had two dreams both vivid, both lucid today, but I have no dream control as yet, except in the area of nightmares, I can pretty much work those out (not fully, and only if I remember I can do it which depend on my life at the time).
I don't as yet have the realization that I can effect my dreams most of the time. So does this mean I am not lucid? What I need is a good definition for lucidity and where to go from there. I need to get my recall back up to speed - so the DJ is a necessity. What next?
