      Saying hello

      about me,i catch a lucid dream once in amonth or less
      so now i`m trying very hard to WILD,no success yet.
      After searching and use of different techniques made to myself
      two step WILD tehcnique:
      1.Relaxation (letting your body fall asleep)
      2.staying conscious and u`r in the dream
      Havent manage through step 2,(attention is still weak in that stage)
      must learn to concentrate
