Thread: Hey there guys

Hiya, my names James, a 30 year old guy from oxfordshire in england.
I had a period of experiencing sleep paralysis (really really scary SP!) when I was 20-23 and sleeping on my own. This seemed to give way to a lot of separate periods of reaaaly vivid dreaming - so much so that some of the dreams seemed to take weeks to play out, including eating, sleeping, basically living a whole month or two of life whilst enjoying a nights sleep. Well, twice in the last month I have realised that I am asleep and have been able to influence what happens in my dreams to some extent - not been able to imagine myself a sports car but been able to control my environment a bit, and also have been able to wake up, have a pee and a snack and get right back to it. Thing is, I would love to have a bit more control over it!
