Hi there. |
|
I write mine down mainly because I don't feel like talking after I just woke up. You may want to try out both methods and see what works best for you, but if your recall is already good using the recorder then I think you should probably stick with that. |
|
"I'm trying to watch Clash of the Titans and all I can hear is the two of them screaming about Morris Day at the top of their lungs."
I've tried both methods and I find I get a lot more detail when I write instead of record, my dream recall is a lot stronger when I use this method. It's really up to you, I would suggest trying both and seeing the different effects they have for you. If you find recording has a larger impact on your dreaming than stick with it. |

They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
By dreaming, every day.
I think that recording dreams is just as effective as writing them down. |

Hi there! Just wanted to stop in and say.... |
|
"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
Hi again. |
