[Newcomer] Introducing Chartax ;)

Hi there, my name is Chartax and I'm very happy to be here! First of all, I want to let everybody know I am a complete newcomer to Lucid Dreaming. I've never practiced any techniques or kept a dream journal. However, I've done some reading and decided that I would like to start! My real name is Alastair, and I'm from Scotland, UK. I'll be keeping a record of any progress I make, and let everybody here know of how things are going. I'm going to keep a dream journal, and use the MILD technique, unless anyone has any other advice. I've also started listening to Theta Binauric beats. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Hey Chartax, welcome to the forums! I'd be really happy if you'd share your progress with us! I'd be interested in following up on your progress. I'm a novice as well, but I've pretty much dedicated my waking (and some sleeping) hours from the past couple of months to studying lucid dreaming, and have read nearly as much published material as you can read on the subject. So if you have any questions that don't apply to personal experience, I'd love to help! I'm also quite jealous that you live in Scotland!
