      Post Help with dream control

      Hello,
I am quite new to the world of Lucid Dreaming and have only been trying to induce them for around three weeks now. I have fairly good dream recall (3-7 per night depending). I do reaility checks every 30 minutes. So it was only a matter of time till I had my first lucid dream. When I did have it my dream control was incredibly weak. For instance I demmanded a handgun from a dream character and I was handed a spud gun... as I got deeper I forgot completley about dream control and "went with the flow" until I had a false awakening and then really woke up... A fantastic experience to say the least but I want to move onto bigger and better things.
Basically what are the best methods of increasing dream control within a lucid dream?
      Cheers

Check out the dream control tutorial in the wiki and also the dream content one. It's easier to control dreams if you know how they are created. More control will come with experience.
