what did i experience? can dreams follow you in to the real world? (details)

well aside from my dreams when i dream about places i do find those places in real life. because i can remember my dreams pretty vividly. i can remember the colours, what happened, etc. if i had the stuff i'd make a movie from my dreams. because they get pretty scary/wild/adventuring, but not all the time i can remember exactly every detail.

anyways. let me tell you the dream.

in the dream i remember i'm running around at night where i use to live with my parents. i was kind of floating at first. all a sudden i was running up to the front door i'm not sure what i'm holding, but i know i was holding more then one thing in my hands. what ever it was i was going to use it to get my parents out of trouble.

i had this sense they were trapped. as i head towards the front door all a sudden i heard tambourines and thumping from a distant place behind me. my parents weren't where i was going. they were yelling too, they were saying get out of there! get out of here! go! as the sounds continued.

it kept going it was loud and faint at the same time, and something was coming closer and closer, i could feel it. but the constant yelling and thumping, with the tambourines going and going it was actually waking me up.

i was able to recognize i was a sleep. and it was actually waking me up. as i awoke completely out of the dream because of the loud sounds all a sudden a rush of wind hit me and i gotten cold chills.

i do sleep in the dark. the only light i get when i sleep is from the digital clock.

i just need to understand if dreams can follow you in to real life world. otherwise.. its something else.. and i don't like that thought either. because it wouldn't be the first time....

its funny you should post this now because i was just thinking about a time that something similar happened to me, there was a week where it actually happened twice.

the first time i was dreaming, about being in an old town that was circled with fences and there was a funeral prosession for a small child who i thought was a girl in the dream and she was burried by a large thing of roots on the outskirts of town that came out of the ground and looked like spider legs, when i woke up i was laying on my stomache and was opening my eyes and when i opened them once registered something was there opened my eyes very quickly and there was an orange and black spider on the pillow that would be the size of a large hand. i backed into a corner of my room and the spider wasnt there after i blinked from hitting the wall.

the second time it happened i cant remember what i was dreaming about but when i woke up and turned around to hit the snooze button on my alarm clock a saw a glowing ball of light or energy in the corner of my room where the walls meet the celing and thought i saw it pass up through the celing gave me a start both times.

i'm fairly certain that the first time was a fragment of the dream manifesting it self someway in my half asleep mind and the second time i'm not so sure about simply because i can't remember any dreams that i had that night. let alone one i was lucid in.

I'm pretty sure you can hallucinate coming out of a dream if you awake suddenly because the dREMe waves are still going.
I am here to Incept your mind...

No. They can't follow you. They're in your head for goodness sake!

      This made me laugh.

oh yeah? then do you care to explain what the heck happened to me when i woke up? glad you got a kick out of it. i have my reasons to believe dreams are more then in our heads, i have reasons to believe its a actual world we can't touch unless we sleep. besides that. if its that simple its just in our heads maybe the brain over works its imagination depending how powerful you're mind is. dream like i do and you might believe as i do. wake up and have what ever you dreamed about be right beside you for a second or two. when you dream feel pain and pleasures , when you drink something you never tasted in the real world you taste it in the dream and try it in real life and it tastes the same, only in the dream it tastes more pure. dream about places you never seen before and over time see it in real life. have you're dreams continue without you there. over time have the people or see the places change you dreamed about in a previous dream you had when it looked different. have you're dreams tell you something and you wake up and get curious about the information and it being something real.

i'm glad you laughed actually though. lets me know i'm different. unique. for you not to laugh you'd have to experience what i experience seems like a common basis. i wouldn't want you to experience as i do. otherwise i'd feel normal. and i don't like feeling normal. so thank you for not understanding a thing .
