I lay in the most relaxed position on my bed (On my back, with fore-arms under my pillow), Saying in my head 1....I will lucid dream and I lay there for about 1 hour and 45 when only my [fore]arms are numb and have that tingling feeling. |

That numbness is very likely from lack of circulation. I'm not even a novice on the subject, but I know when I've failed WILDing, my arms go numb from a lack of circulation instead of sleep paralysis. |

It's not obrigatory to hear noises. |

I've read several guides and the majority of them say "attempting to induce sleep paralysis at night is like fighting an uphill battle". Meaning you should not be attempting to induce sleep paralysis during your normal bed time hours, you need to set an alarm early in the morning and when you wake up attempt to not move and then try. |
