I've found lucid dreaming really interesting so I just bought a book from amazon called "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming". I read up to chapter 3 or 4 which pretty much explained what lucid dreaming is, how you should keep a journal and trying to constantly question if you are in a dream when something feels off. I'm really busy right now with work so I decided to wait until I have more free time to start a dream journal. I do try to recall as many dreams as possible while I'm getting ready in the morning. In the book the author talks about looking at clocks then looking at them again to see if it changes. Well in my dream I was dreaming about a wall of pocket watches. The top ones were broken and the bottom ones were working fine. I decided the broken watch would help me have a lucid dream which also made me realise I was dreaming. As soon as I realised I thought to sense how I was feeling. I blacked out and my body was all tingling and wierd and woke up right after. I have a few questions on this experience |
