Theres no reason to have a nightmare if your lucid. You know your dreaming so theres nothing to be scared of. The only thing that will cause a nightmare is your anxiety. |

thx, tht makes me feel a bit more confident. i do have one question though, have you ever saw yourself all scary looking in the mirror, or even enter a nightmare through a lucid dream? |

No Ive always looked normal although back when I first started I was also scared about looking in a miror for the same reason you were. I have never had a nightmare in a lucid although I almost never have nightmares. Ive read about people being lucid in nightmares but I'm pretty sure they became lucid because it was a nightmare and not the other way around. Infact lucid dreaming is one of the best ways to get rid of nightmares. |

I had one bad LD during a false awakening where I got back into bed, because I though I was really awake, and when I looked up I saw the guy from jeepers kreepers crouching ove me. It was extremely frightening and I knew I was dreaming at that point, but I let it get the best of me haha. |

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.
