Just introducing myself and my first LD

Hey everyone, I stumbled on the concept of Lucid Dreaming after I recently saw Inception.... I'm sure I'm just one of hundreds that found this new obsession because of the movie

Anywho, I remember 2 days after seeing the movie (less than a week ago) I was laying in bed with my girlfriend, who was already sleeping. I had read about LDing right after I watched the movie, and I was just laying there thinking "Man, it would be really cool if I could try that out."

Next thing I know, Im sleeping. I dont really remember what happened or what I was doing in the dream up to the part where I became lucid, but it all started when I was in a rainforesty clearing. I thought "Woh, I actually know Im dreaming, Insane!" Flying has always been something I've really wanted to do, so I thought I would try it out, but I didnt expect any spectacular results. I told myself I could do it, and really believed I could, next thing I know I was hovering about 3 or 4 feet above the ground. I decided to take it a step further and I started flying about 8 feet above the ground toward the tree line. I got more and more confident, and so I went faster and faster. All I was thinking was "be like Neo or Superman "
Im pretty sure I was going somewhere around 500mph when I flew through the trees, I could feel the branches and leaves brushing off of my shoulders as I zipped by, I felt free. I set my heading higher and broke the forest canopy. I flew for miles and miles of endless forest. It seemed like something from the Amazon or from Avatar. I flew about 30 feet above the canopy what seemed like for hours just because I felt AWESOME.

It was a blur after that. I'm pretty sure I lost touch with my lucidity because it just blurred away and I ended up in a nice bathroom in a urinal next to one of the guys from Jackass. After that, I woke up and took a pee
I just remember looking in the bathroom mirror and smiling from cheek to cheek, i couldnt believe I actually did it. It was by far... the greatest feeling i've ever felt.
Beforehand, I hadnt read a thing about how to control my dreams or my powers... All I did was read about a few reality checks and the LD concept... and now Im stuck on it
