      Remember this: In order to have lucid dreams you must not limit lucidity to dreams themselves. Live lucidly. Always be aware of your surroundings. Always know where you are and why. This is where reality checking comes in, but most of this should be done in your mind. Never believe your surroundings.
      The Key is to combine your waking rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams, because if you can do that, you can do anything.

      My advice is intention, intention, intention! Wake about 2 in the morning and tell your subconscious mind that tonight you will have a lucid dream and tell yourself what you plan to do over and over, imagine you conscious mind is like a train and your subconscious like a tunnel, keep loading you conscious train with these messages and eventually you will wake in your dreams! above all I have found this method to be most effective, better than any pills of dreaming aids on the market.
