Thread: WILD and school

Ofcourse you can and ofcourse you will wake up. Why wouldn't you? The downside with WILD'ing during the week when you have to get up early, is that it can take a long time to be able to WILD. It takes some time for it to succeed, and if you fail you might end up having a hard time sleeping because of the awesome sensations you might have just had from being close to entering Sleep Paralysis.

Also it's harder to WILD during the night, since you more easily lose consciousness. Try it during a WBTB when you're rested mentally, but your body is still in "sleep mode".
