      Recalling dreams...

So, I have this 'problem' of remembering dreams.
In the morning my alarm wake me up and when I turn it off I forget what I was dreaming.
Have you any suggestion what to do to remember my dream but still to use alarm?

As soon as you wake up consentrate as hard as you can. Try and wake up several times during the night and do the same. When I first started id have to still be semi asleep like as soon as I open my eyes and think reallly hard and once you start to get a few images the rest should come together.I think it takes a certain rem level to remember immediatly I'm not sure tho. That's just how it works for me. Now I'm trying to have more control with my lucid dreams now

Try not to move after you turn off your alarm. Just lay there for a minute and try to remember the dream. Doing that helped me a lot when I first started. And keeping a dream journal really helps improve your recall. Often I'll be writing a dream down and suddenly remember more details as I'm writing.

I'm a noob too, however one thing that I do instead an buzzing alarm is using music, to wake me, other wise the alarm will inject itself into my dreams. Maybe the alarm is causes your mind to be quickly distracted.
