      A few Questions

Hi guys, I already introduced myself a few months ago, but then started lurking and really forgetting about lucid dreaming.

Recently got back into it (last 2 weeks) and over the last 3 nights have remembered 4 dreams! (Good for me, my dream recall is terrible, had bad recurring nightmares when I was young, and haven't dreamed until recently)

Anyway, my main question is about my dream journal.

I personally keep my dream journal on my phone by recording my thoughts on my phone, just wondering if this will damage my potential to lucid dream at all, as I have ok recall now, but can't seem to LD.

      (Impatient or what? )

Yeah, also just to check back into this forum, and show I am alive.

      R.

Of course it won't, as long as you can access them when need be then that's fine. Also, you should probably try the WBTB or DEILD techniques. Look them up at the tutorials session, these seem to work very well for lots of people.

yes you are being very impatient! don't feel bad though most people are. i know i am, i was thinking about giving up a new practice due to fruitlessness and had to remind myself it had only been three days of practice lol!

keep them wherever you want, like the other guy said, as long as you can access them it doesn't matter. paper can help make it easier to go back and put notes or circle dream signs and things like that so keep that in mind. but again if you can do this on your phone then it's the same thing. most of all take your time and relax into a habitual practice. get it to become second nature to record your dreams and practice a lucid dreaming technique. before you know it you'll be having them. don't give up!
