      Ahh, so many questions..

      So I've been trying to WILD for the past week or two, but have had no results, and I mean none. So I had a few questions about WILD'ing that might help me.

      1. Does listening to music have an affect while trying to WILD?

      2. Do you have to lie down in a certain position? Ie. back, and your side? Or does it not matter?

      3.I've been trying this but have had no signs of sleep paralysis! The main problem is, is that my eyes start to hurt after being closed. It's not an itch, and I don't think it's my body tricking me because when I open them they're really dry and itchy, how can I avoid this?

      Thanks to anyone who can help!

      1. Well i would think so... Because really you should be focusing on either HH or the physical sensations of SP, not music. Some people say you can be listening to it VERY softly.

      2. No you don't have too. Some people say it's better to sleep on your back simply because most people don't sleep on their back, and the subconscious knows you don't sleep like this normally.

      3. How long have you stayed still? Your eyes hurt? Then how do you normally go to sleep if your eyes hurt while closing them. And last are you using WBTB or just doing it in the middle of the day?
      *Starting from scratch. *
      DILD's = 2, WILD's = 0

      I lie still for about 30 or 40 minutes before it starts happening, but it usually only takes me a few minutes to actually fall asleep so that's probably why my eyes don't hurt when I go to bed.
