      lucid dreaming literature?

ive come across 2 books on amazon that look reliable on the subject, but id rather choose one over the other. is any body familiar with these, and can tell me which one is a better read/has more to offer on the subject (especially for a beginner).

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge

      or

Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Wagonner

      thanks!

Get Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. Seriously. It's the best! I've read it five times. I'll probably read it again. It's helped almost as much as DV!

I agree with Cacophony. I haven't read it myself, but I've heard a lot more about than the Robert Wagonner one. Plus, Stephen Laberge is ultra famous in the lucid dreaming world, so happy dreaming

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is scientific and instructional. Best first read for someone getting into the subject.

Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self is anecdotal with a splash of spiritual. It might be of interest to an intermediate LDer.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
