      dreamsigns ?

      was just wondering what you do with dreamsigns
      ive got maybe 3or 4 going through my journal
      how do i incorperate them into helping
      do i make a mantra or something

      Reality Check during the day when one of your dreamsigns appears. Then in your dream you should reality check.

      my main dream sign is my brother but i see him once a week
      how do i incorporate him into reality checks
      he can be in 2 dreams a night

      I'm no expert, but maybe carry a picture of your brother in your wallet, that way, every time you open your wallet you see him and do a reality check. Or keep a picture of him up in your room or somewhere else in your house, every time you see it, RC then too. You're lucky you know your dream signs, it puts you ahead of the game.
