      It's me again.

      So some of you may have read my previous post couple of weeks earlier, where I complained about that I've been into lucid dreaming for long time but have had only 3 short lucids.

      So today I woke up pretty early to try WILD, but I was too tired to try it so I just went back to sleep and set the alarm clock to go off about 40min later. I woke up to the alarm and was still very sleepy and put it again to ring after 30-40min. But this time I started thinking about lucid dreaming and said to myself "It would be nice to have even a short lucid dream".

      So I find myself at my school cafeteria sitting with my friends, eating and chatting. I say something to my friend on my right and then raise my head up and look forwards. I see a big window and behind it there is this beautiful mountain scenery, and at that point I realise that I'm dreaming. But as soon as I become lucid I wake up... but it wasnt because of excitement It was just like the dream scene would have rolled up my eyelids to my brain and then I was just staring at back of my eyelids(maybe it was false awakening and I could have kept on dreaming?)but I still woke up.. After that lucid dream I couldnt get sleep anymore because I had waken myself up so many times...

      But anyways, even though it was really short lucid, the feeling and the mountain scenery were so beautiful it gave me new hope to go on, on lucid dreaming.

      I'm going to try the same technique next morning also. Is'nt it called WBTB`?

      Congrats on getting lucid again, and yes it is called WBTB. Sleep for around 4½-6 hours and stay up for 20-40 minutes. Think about lucid dreaming and do a mantra. Then you'll nail it. Good luck!
