      mental/physical tiring after lucid dreams

since i have to wake up at 6:00 every morning mon-fri i have been skeptical to try to lucid dream not sure if it will either mentally or physically tire me when i wake up.

as i easily get A's in school without really trying a limited amount of mental tiring would be fine.

Doing the WBTB method may make you lose some sleep, but other than that the act of lucid dreaming shouldn't tire you physically at all. You already have plenty of dreams every night. The only difference is that lucid ones are lucid. I don't see any way it would be mentally tiring either, in fact it would probably be the opposite. Lucid Dreams are really fun.
