      Red face meditation to induce lucid dreams

      hey everyone I heard that meditation helps to induce lucid dreams. What meditation techniques work best for lucid dreams?

      MILD. Clear your head of thoughts and worries first. Imagine a chest and put all your thoughts in it, and lock it. Then start doing mantra's or visualization techniques, where you visualize becoming lucid. Good luck!
