      Help on Attemption a WILD

Alright, I'm new here but I had a few questions about WILD..

Ive attempted it about three times now, but the first time i just kinda fell asleep.

On my second attempt, i kinda was in a daze of half awake/ half asleep, and I found myself dreaming but i was still awake. I could not control what was going on it was just random. I had my eyes closed and found my mind picturing like myself looking down a balcony and dropping a bomb.. (no idea why) And i then tried to do things but i was to awake i assume to do so.

On my third attempt, last night, I found the same things happening as what went on the second try. But this time i kept saying to myself "i will fall.. into a lucid dream," because i heard that that might help and kept my breathing steady. I also could feel my hands go numb and they felt like they were just a blob together (because they were together on my stomach) I ended up falling asleep though and not recalling anything after that.

If anyone could help me with ways of trying not to fall asleep or being able to accomplish this easier, it would be appreciated.

      Much Thanks :3
      -Erika

Ah.. No. That probably would help. Uh in such case, should I wake myself up after being asleep for a good 6 hours work? Then try to attempt this again at that time?

so your just trying it before bed?

if you wat to try it before bed, I say sleep a few hours less the night before, so your tired before you go to bed.

With a WBTB, set your alarm for about 6 hrs after you go to bed, get up, go to the toilet (without turning the lights on if you can) then try to WILD.

The roblem with WBTB WILDing is that you need a lot of willpower to WILD while you're really tired.

      good luck

Alright so I tried this whole WBTB thing thing morning.. I fell asleep around 9:30 and then I set an alarm to wake up at 3:30. At that time I got up to use the bathroom and then I lied
Back down on my back. I then lied there extremely still for idk how long, repeating "I will fall into a lucid dream". I caught myself wondering off and thinking about diff topics and I tried to imagine a white room where I would find myself in. After about a half hour I felt my hands go numb and my left foot tingle. Later on my eyes seemed to go darker or deeper you could say and then my body kinda felt numbish. After about an hour, I felt like my
Body was engulfed in a black bubble or of something and my mind was also engulfed in a different one. At that pointmy mind was wide awake but not my body I'm guessing. I then started to hear a clicking sound above me that persisted to get quicker and quicker, and I told myself that it was just my imagination. But my heart started racing and I think I kinda snapped out of it. I then tried it all again and maybe somewhat, 20 min later, I felt emgulfed in that black bubble again, and I started to feel pressure on my body, starting at my feet. It was as if something was crawling up my body.
Throughout the night this kinda happened but then one last time I felt my fingers scratch against like sandpaper and I was in the bubble again.. But then someone in my house woke up and came downstairs so I kinda woke up so to say. I've been conscious in the mind since 330am, and it's 5:10am now. When I moved my body I felt extremely stiff and it felt amazing to stretch.

What I was wondering was if this is right. Like am I getting somewheres here? Or is this nothing.. Any say on it would be helpful. I would love to acheive WILD from WBTB.
P.s. I'm typing this all from my iPod so I apologize for the spelling errors or random marks.

      Thanks (:

Oh, and the fact that I feel completely wide awake right now absolutely confuses me.. I usually don't get up till 6:30 and that itself is usually a struggle.

Yeah, that sounds like your on your way

I have only attempted wilds in naps cos I cbb at night. wilds do take a lot of attention though.

Good luck, and if you can't wild, have a break and just have some normal dreams instead
