I can not remember when ...

      Hello.

I'm new here and I'm learning recently lucid dreams. I had only two lucid dreams
for this moment but this experience was so excited! Well but this time it's not
      about sharing how it excited.

I began to notice that if I'm going to bad after 01:00 of the night I can't remember
any dreams and I feel like there was not dreams at all. If I fall asleep after 01:30 this
happens. I can't understand why ... maybe it's because I'm just very tired and I
need to be in good physical condition and not just fall into bed like dead.

Even if you are dead tired, tell to yourself that you gonna remember every dream you have during the night before you fall asleep.

Remember the more sleep you have, the longer your REM gets. The bigger the chance to remember dreams.

Ok, I will. Thank you. How many hours of sleep is required for best effect, about 8-9 hours?

The more you get, the better. Or until you are satisfied about the dream you had. But 8-9 hours is good.
