I SO relate to that - I was amazed by it too, and already just after 2 days I've gotten some great responses on my posts, and I've read quit a lot and learned much. It's like a new world revealing it self |

Welcome to DreamViews! Glad you finally found us ! First I suggest checking out the Wiki section (especially the tutorials section). There is also a link in my signature. This will give you a nice overview of all the different techniques and methods for achieving lucidity. I definitely recommend starting and keeping up with a Dream Journal. This will not only help you pick out dream signs and build recall, but it will keep your mind on lucid dreaming. Also, I would suggest adding some RCs (reality checks) to waking life. Make sure when you perform these reality checks that you aren't just going through the motions. Take a moment to look around and ask yourself, "Could I be dreaming right now?" Imagine that you actually are in a dream and then perform the RC to see if you are. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask! |
