For me, the biggest step in getting better at this was true relaxation. Stress, I feel, absolutely has the potential to kill recall. I know we all have responsibilities in life that we want to uphold. However, I don't let my responsibilities and what I do in my life bring me down or cause negative emotions in me (or at least I try my best not to hahaha). There'll be days when you're totally overwhelmed and that's fine. Just try your best each day and don't feel bad if one day you had so much on your plate you could not do everything you wanted. |

Wow. I was simply providing an answer for the initial question of "What is this Sleep Paralysis stuff anyway?" , not how to achieve it. Furthermore, titling the link as "User Tutorial" versus "DV Tutorial" pretty much implies a risk of inaccuracy, but everyone has their own opinion. I only provided a link, to answer a poster's question, that has obviously already been approved and posted by DV. |

Goals:
1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!
I was un the same state as tou were but when I had my first semi lucid it just happens ALOT more and I mean alot you just have to keep trying and it will be like a snowball effect just be positive |

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?
