ok so ive read b6 and b12 help with recall.
Now ive read up about dairy having a significant difference on recall and just so happens i had some milk and yoghurt about an hour before i went to bed last night and recalled 4 times in the same night, does dairy really help with recall?

unfortunately im a noob so need to practice my reality checks more, meeting arnold schwarzenegger obviously wasnt enough to seem strange :/

Any other dietry intakes help with making dreams more vivid and easier to recall?
