      Cool Art glass and dreamscapes

Hello fellow dreamers! I am a professional glass artist. I focus on pipe art. I use my dreams as inspiration for some of my pipe art. I'm hoping to achieve more control over my dreams to further inspire me. I want to see finished pieces in my dreams. Any tips on this would be great! Check my art out on facebook, search Dougie glass. Let me know what you think. See you in the dreamworld! Sometimes I think I am dreaming but I'm actually awake!

Welcome to DreamViews! Dreams would definitely be an awesome place to get inspiration for glass art. So, do you lucid dream regularly? if not, I suggest checking out the DreamViews Wiki...especially the tutorials section (there is also a link in my signature). It will give you a nice overview of the various techniques and methods for obtaining lucidity. Once you become lucid in a dream, control simply takes some practice. In my experience, finding something, is always easier than spawning/making something appear. I would suggest searching for your sub-conscious' glass shop. Just walk down the street, imagining it in your mind and looking for it. Once you find it, head on inside. Inside, you will find the glass creations that your subconscious has made. You could simply look through your inventory of finished pieces and gain inspiration from them. You could also manipulate the pieces with your hands by simply molding them like they were play-doh or even creating pieces from within your dream. I'd imagine that would be a bad ass shop. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks for the response! I just recently have started to lucid dream, I have always been somewhat aware in my dreams but I want to hone lucidity skills. I became lucid last week but haven't been able to since, as far as seeing art in my dreams one technique I have been trying is telling my self to go where the pipes are, but I like your idea of finding a specific store to visit, this happens already in real life, it might make it easier to find. I already see other peoples pipes? Trying to mold the glass in my dream also sounds very cool. Sometimes the more wild the dreams get the harder it is to stay asleep though. Thank you for the guidance, I have read much of the wiki dream views I will also check out your threads.
