      Noob Dreamer

      Hi guys; I'm Ken
I found this site because I am starting to have problematic dreams, and I want to learn how to guide and control them. I'm 56 years old and have been married for 30 years. Lately I have been having strange dreams and I wake myself up either yelling or hitting my nightstand. It's scaring the heck out of my wife, and I need to do something quickly. Now on the topic of Lucid dreaming; I'm VERY interested in learning about it as I believe you can guide your life and self confidence with such a tool. I read a little about it on a "Near Death Experience" website which had a catagory for lucid dreaming

It does take practice to do this stuff, still on the journey to Lucid Dream. Making progress, and still attempting.
Your Dream Recall might already be great but I would start off by making a dream journal. This way you can find you dream sign, which I still haven't found...

Good Luck, and for a crazy ride.. if you are interested try out WILD technique. Haven't fully gotten there yet, but did go through somewhat of Sleep Paralysis.
Let your sub-conscious take over in your dreams until you one day may have the ability to take the wheel!

Welcome to the site, I am also new here. I learned a lot, and quickly, by going through the tutorial section on this forum.

Here's the 2 most popular LD induction techniques and their tutorials.

      DILD tutorial
      WILD tutorial

And this is an aid that can help with both techniques.
