      Timer at lucidology

So I went to lucidology.com and got the timer they have there, first time I had like 3 or 4 fake lucid dreams, in the dream I thought this must be a dream but I wasn't really lucid. Second time I used it worked like a charm, but I'm afraid it might be a little stressing for the mind since each time I wake up with the beep I am able not to move or jerk but my heart get's to 1000 miles per hour lolol. I would like to know if there are many of you using timers and opinions. By the way I looked at my hands to realise I was dreaming and they looked like frog hands, and the spot where I use a ring had a perforated line like those in cupons lololo, I was in a bus and the guy next to me said to the colegue - I've been worring about a sound you make when you breath.- I thought - Can I inhale? Can I breathe? - This is probably just a simulated breathing, not my real one. - So I got worried about my body and resolved to wake up, it was like about 2 to 3 minute lucid dream.

Lucid dream means you realize it is a dream world...so if in the dream that you said was not lucid, you recognized it was a dream...then it WAS indeed a lucid dream my friend...however if while INSIDE the dream you did not recognize that you were in a dream it would count as a fake lucid dream...I think maybe you got the "lucid" term confused but I am happy to have been able to possibly clarify it for you in greater detail...

Let me know if this thread DID NOT help you so I can learn from it...

Note that I do not use any sort of timer other than watching the clock as i drift asleep.

      Sincerely,
      ~Icy

I got my first LD using that timer, but I doubt that it was, because of the timer. Btw, it would wake you up if you got lucid, so I woudn't reccomend using it.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Yeah I know it would wake me up, but in my case second time I used it, I inly had a lucid dream after I used it that night, I woke up like 4 or 5 times, after the fifth time I turned it off and went to the bathroom to take a piss and got back to sleep, at about 04:00 am I had the lucid dream I told before that I was in a bus. I have been using the timer but now it isn't really working, but I have been sick and sleeping really heavy.
