Hi, sorry for following the clique, but I'm a newbie with some questions too ;o;. I read about Lucid Dreaming forever ago but now I'm just starting to get into it.
1.Is it possible to WILD from a nap?
2. Is it possible to WILD directly from conscious to my normal sleeping schedule?
3. Sometime when I'm relaxing and getting ready to WILD, I can't help but dwell on the thoughts that pass through my mind for 3-4 seconds. Is this ok or do I have to be absolutely clear minded.
5. I also read that there can't be any "inner dialogue". Is this absolutely necessary? Sometimes I just happen to "blurt" out random things in my head from the random thoughts that pass through my mind.
6. I have had NO experience with WILDing, WBTB or Lucid Dreams, but for the past month I have been waking up prematurely and whenever I try to go back to bed I can feel the SP symptoms taking over my body, and the beginning of the dream taking form before my eyes. Is this a sign that I might be a natural at LDing?
