      When to do a WILD.

When is the best time to do a wild? And are there other things that could help you succeed?

Doing a WBTB makes WILDing a lot easier for most people, because they are tired and have woken up right before the REM cycle (ideally). As far as other things helping you succeed, diet is one. Peanut butter has been known to increase dream vividness, also B-6 supplements and foods rich in B-6 vitamins work.

I can help you out more if I you tell me specifically what you are having difficulty with.

WBTB and Naps are the ideal times for WILDing.
WBTB.....after at least 4 hours of sleep (usually between 4 and 7 hours). The further along in the sleep cycle you are, the longer your REM period lasts.
Naps.....1-8 hours after waking in the morning. The later you wait, the harder it will become to successfully transition into the dream state.
