      Hello! Time for . . . Inception.

Just kidding. I'm a new member, and go by Zay. I'm great at recalling dreams, and can remember specific dreams from long ago, and I am pretty imaginative so I'm hoping this isn't too difficult for me. I'm not even going to attempt the WILD method yet, as I have a fear of Sleep Paralysis, and have been RC all day. Wish me luck tonight, or err... tomorrow night.

Welcome to DreamViews! Make sure that when you perform your RCs, you aren't just going through the motions. Take a moment to look around at your environment and ask yourself, "Could I be dreaming right now?" Now imagine that everything around you is actually a dream, and then perform your RC. If you are able to question reality while you are awake, you will do the same in your dreams. I also recommend performing multiple types of RCs, just in case one or two fail. Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Welcome! and don't be afraid to try WILD =) once you have some pretty stable tutorials on it read up and you "dont" think of SP and you actually fall asleep with your mind aware the SP part is harmless. Good luck on attempting to LD, ohhh btw when you do your first RC in a dream dont forget to do more than one type for the fun of it, pinching your nose and being able to breath through it is totally bizzare and watching your finger go through your palm is ludicrous but insane!

Don't forget your dream journal, good recall is great but you need a dream journal to have a string of successful LD's

Oh, also Inception is cool buuuuuuut they cant fly, make portals, play DBZ, breath underwater or jump really high sooo they suck.

      Have fun LD'ing

      Haha, thanks guys.
I did fail last night, and ended up with SP anyway in the middle of the night.
I'm going to fall alseep watching a movie tonight, because when I do so my dreams are more vivid. Wish me luck!

Good luck! Try to look at any failure as "experience gained." Stay confident and just keep working at it!

I've noticed coffee isn't good for recall, apparently tea is though so try that
