Well last night i used mugwort tea for the first time, and tbh idk what to say. I know i dreamed and i feel like im missing a whole day in my life when i woke up this morning and i cant remember what happened. so i know i dreamed and i know while i was dreaming it must have been quite a good experience. Cant wait to try again tonight.
